Rick was a Senior Manager at KPMG before becoming a director of the Yaran Business Group in 1995.
Yaran Business Services is Supply Nation Certified and is 100% Aboriginal-owned and operated business.
Richard Callaghan is a member of the Institute of Australian Company Directors and a Certified Management Consultant with the (Australian) Institute of Management Consultants.

Founder and Principal
Rick is a non-executive director on the board of Indigenous Business Australia, which aspires to support home ownership and economic development and work towards community development and sustainability across Australia and the Torres Strait Islands.
Richard (Rick) Callaghan is an Aboriginal man who grew up in Tennant Creek in Northern Territory. Rick has family links to the Potawurutj or Tatiara Aboriginal groups from South Australia. He is the principal and owner of Yaran.
